If you haven't heard, our 4 new products have arrived and are available at Lancaster Central Market.

The 4 products are:

Rodney's Mango Salso
Brie's Apricot Jam
Rylan's Red Raspberry Jalapeno Jam
Nana's Orange Marmalade

We have been getting GREAT feedback on all of the new items... those that have tasted them LOVE them and are coming back already to buy more!

The salsa has a little kick to it and a wonderful sweet flavor... the apricot jam is simply sweet, fresh and delicious... the jalapeno jam is too fun - sweet and spicy at the same time... and the orange marmalade is just perfect, sweet and yummy!

Patti Labelle's Lady Marmalade line

We are very excited to be selling Patti Labell's Lady Marmalade line of products at Lancaster Central Market. Have you tried any yet? They are amazing and the best part is they are made locally here in Lancaster PA and have NO PRESERVATIVES!!!

If you're not familiar with the line, she offers 4 BBQ sauces, cooking sauces and sav'ry sauces. I haven't tried them all yet but the ones I have were delicious!!!

Here is some info regarding the BBQ Sauces...

Tangy Backyard Bangin' BBQ Sauce

Renovations Complete! (almost anyway)

Incase you missed it, we celebrated the renovations being complete at Lancaster Central Market last week. While not everything is really done, most things are finished and looking great!
     - Did you notice the new lighting?
     - Or the beautiful and bright new windows?
     - How about the new paint?
     - And of course clean bathrooms!

Those are just the tip of the iceburg - everyone who worked on the (never-ending) project did a wonderful job and we are excited to finally be seeing the results of MONTHS of work!

Stop out this weekend and check it out if you haven't had a chance to do so and be sure to say hello to us as well. You might even want to grab a jar of Lynn's Pineapple Salsa to marinate your chicken in this weekend before throwing it on the grill!

New things springing up at market!

Have you been to Lancaster Central Market lately to see our new stand?

We are so excited about the changes we made last week. Incase you haven't made it out, here are some details of what is different...

- The old biscotti case is gone and has been replaced by several wooden hutches! The biscotti is now displayed in beautiful glass jars (which we think makes them look even more delicious). We still have Gluten Free Biscotti, it is just kept behind the shelves so be sure to ask for it!

- We added two new lines of product - Steels and Patti Labelle's Lady Marmalade! If you haven't had a chance to try these new items, we highly recomend doing so. Steels offers several flavors of Pie Fillings, Syrups, Salad Dressings and Marinades, Fruit Spreads, etc... Patti Labelle's line offers BBQ Sauces, Savory Cooking Sauces, etc. (more to come on both of these lines in a future post).

Stop by Friday or Saturday this week and check it all out! The weather is supposed to be nice - what better way to spend an afternoon than perusing market with a fresh biscotti in your hand!

The Popper is Back!

For those of you who were looking for our Multigrain Snacks at market earlier this week, we apologize for not having them� However� good news� tomorrow (Friday) the CoCo Pop machine will be back in action. We will be popping all day. Come and check it out and restock your supply!

And remember, due to construction at Lancaster Central Market, we are relocated for a few more market days. Follow the signs or ask around to find us. We are carrying ALL of our normal items in our temporary location; Biscotti, Gluten Free Biscotti, Amish Jams, Salsas, Dressings, Marinades, Mustards, Veggies, BBQ Sauces, Hot Sauces, No Sugar Added Jams, etc�

Multigrain Snacks

Have you been to Lancaster Central Market lately to see our new CoCo Multigrain Rice Cake machine? If you don't know what I am talking about, you must stop in sometime soon.

We introduced the Multigrain Snacks about a week and a half ago and they are already a hit! The best part about the product is they are healthy! The ingredients are all natural, only 16 calories per disk and of course they are delicious!

Many people have asked us how to eat them - we suggest any of our Amish Family jams, salsas and peanut butter spread atop the rice cakes. Our personal favorite is our No Sugar Added Jams atop a warm, fresh rice cake for breakfast. Can't get any better than that in our opinion.

Stop by and check it out soon - half the fun is seeing the machine in action, shooting out a disk every 8 seconds! Kids (and adults) love it!

Gluten Free Biscotti

Come visit us this week at Lancaster Central Market, open Tuesday and Friday 6:00-4:00 and Saturday 6:00-2:00.

We are happy to now be selling Gluten Free Biscotti in 4 delicious flavors; Apricot Almond, Toffee Almond, Mixed up Mocha and Cranberry Orange.

We have gotten wonderful feedback on the taste of these yummy treats and we hope those of you that cannot eat gluten enjoy them also!

If Gluten Free isn't your thing, we have over 20 varieties of regular biscotti as well. Some of our most popular are Toffee Almond, Turtle Bliss, Tutti Fruity and Chocolate Almond. Whatever you like, stop out this week and try some with your morning coffee.

Great day at Central Market

Hey Guys! We had a great day at Lancaster Central market - lots of Amish No Sugar Jams today! We didnt move to many of our regular Amish Jams, isnt it funny how certain products move quicker than others from day to day?

We also sold many Viniagrette Dressings too. We would love to start collecting some Amish Recipes to post on the site and to try with our Amish Jams and Spreads.

Anyone tried anything crazy lately? I bought some sausage from the Turkey Lady at Market - im thinking of putting our Hot Pepper Jam on it on the grill! Well, we'll talk later!
