Our favorite recipe is an unseasoned fresh pork loin and a whole bottle of Beanies Raspberry Chipolte BBQ Sauce, just cost the bottom of a crock pot with the sauce, put the loin in, and dump the rest on top.  Cook it down on low all day.  Its well worth it!
